He was predeceased by : his parents, Arnold Sr. Dobbert and Helen Dobbert (Biertzer); his parents-in-law, Albert Ertl and Mary Ertl Bowen; his brothers-in-law, Hank Ertl and Dennis Ertl; and his niece Janet Ertl.

He is survived by : his wife Angie; his children, Rhonda Schellpfeffer (Gordy) and Mark Dobbert (Mary Firari); his grandchildren, Natasha Mueller (Scott), Nicholas Dobbert (Amanda) and Devan Schellpfeffer (Tiffany); his great grandchildren, Avery, Vaeda, Hailie, Jaxon, Orrin, Beau and Adley; his stepgreat-grandson Logan; his siblings, Robert "Bob" Dobbert (Karen), Arnold Jr. "Skip" Dobbert (Leone) and Sharon Mattson (Jim); and his in-laws, Leone Dobbert (Skip), Curtis Bowen (Cheryl Barna), Tracy Bowen (Lori Papke), Bea Broege and Margaret Phafl.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Koepsell Funeral & Cremation Services (301 N Walnut St, Mayville, WI 53050). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
