She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold J. Schultz and Ida A. Schultz (Kannas); her husband Ruben A. Hagen; and her siblings, Virginia Arndt and Romain 'Shorty Schultz.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla of Mayville; her siblings, Winona Belligan (John) of Greendale and Wilfred 'Pat' Schultz (Margaret) of Monmouth, OR.; and her sister-in-law Miriam Schultz of Fort Collins, CO.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Friends of the Horicon Marsh Education Center, Beaver Dam Community Hospital Foundation, or the charity of one's choice.
