She is survived by: her spouse Carl Slade; her children, John Baraboo (Ann Johnson), Mary Jo Myers Mayville (Scott) and Mary Ann Schmidt Burnett (Paul); her grandchildren, Carolyn Moncada (Richard), JoAnn Schinderle, Diana Raupp (Ben), Thomas, Nicole Schinderle, Dylan, Austin Myers, Erick and Emily Schmidt; her great grandchildren, Rand, Isaac and Harvey; and her sisters, Connie Pilsner, Therese Weiss (Don), Margaret Oechsner (John), Joan Muenchow (Ralph), Mary Lou Oechsner, Darlene Oechsner, Bob Schinderle (Beth), Bill Schinderle (Jan) and Mike Hartl.
