She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rauch and Mary Rauch; her husband Harlan Small; her sisters, Virginia Lippold (John) and Phyllis Wegener; and her nephew David DeSpears.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law John Wegener; her stepson Jeff Small (Cecile); her stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Christina; her nieces and nephews, Roxie, Randy, Caryn and Jeff; and her friend Lois Seiberlich.
Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mayville or to Marquardt Hospice in Watertown.
