He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Alexandrowicz (John) and Nathan Musack (Laura); his grandchildren, Michael, Sara, Anastasia, Matthew, Adam, Natalie and Noah; and his siblings, Allan Musack, Gerald Musack (Betty), Virginia Wendorff and Jeanine Streblow. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
