He is survived by : his parents, Thomas Meyer and Ann Meyer; his siblings, Andrew Meyer, Zach Meyer (Emma), David Meyer (Cassidy) and Kristina Meyer; his grandmother Marge (Greisinger); his uncle James; and his cousins, Aaron Frase and John Mecklenburg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
