He is survived by: his daughter Lauren Hoffman; his sisters, Diane Sindahl (Brian) and Janet Luebke (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Ewing (Jeff), Jessica Butler, Clarie Luebke and Nicholas Luebke; his great-nephews, Nathan, Ted, Austin and Colton; his great-niece Lilly; and his pet Ziggy.
