She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Griepentrog and Frieda Griepentrog (Bliefuss); her husband Eugene Welak; and her siblings, William Griepentrog and Doris Kruel.

She is survived by: her son Rick Welak (Ann) of Lomira; her grandchildren, Scott Welak (Emily), Samantha Nolan (Michael) and Shaun Welak (Dennis Doxtator); her great grandchildren, Jack Welak, Grace Welak, Brody Nolan and Logan Nolan; and her brother-in-law Thomas Welak (Diane) of Campbellsport. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
