He was predeceased by: his parents, August Reiser and Elisabeth Reiser (Bischoff); his wife Janet Gremminger; and his siblings, Ida Thurk-Axtman, Norbert and Leonard.

He is survived by: his sons, Steve Reiser (Judy) of Mayville and Gary Reiser of Mayville; his grandchildren, Justin Reiser, Karli Resch (Andrew) and Heather Hansen (Jared); and his great grandchildren, Isabelle, Josie, Hunter, Kyler and Connor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be directed to St. Mary Catholic Church in Mayville.
