She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Thurk and Rosa Thurk (Oeschner); her husband James Robert Hoffman of Mayville, WI; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Hoffman; her great grandchild Braeden Johann; and her siblings, George Thurk, Charles Thurk (Ida), Clarence "Mike" Thurk Jr. and Rosemary Sukowatey (Edward).
She is survived by: her children, Joe of Shawano, Diane Sindahl (Brian) of Mountain and Janet Luebke (Steve) of Mayville; her grandchildren, Jennifer Ewing (Jeff) of Fall River, Jessica Wolf (Russell) of Breed, Lauren Hoffman of Green Bay, Claire Luebke (Bradley Kulibert) of Fox Lake and Nicholas Luebke of Mayville; her great grandchildren, Austin Fidler, Colton Johann, Ted Hatfield, Nathan Butler and Lilly Wolf; her brother John; her sister-in-law Sylvia Thurk of La Crosse; her sister Katherine; and her siblings-in-law, Peter Quinn of LeRoy, Beth Thurk of Arkdale and Nellie Thurk of LeRoy.
