He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stoy and Bonnie Stoy (Brockway); and his brother Mark Stoy. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hartmann of Mary's Catholic Church; his sister Debra Bartow; and his sisters-in-law, Christine Wondra (Donald) and Mary Erke (Alvin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
