He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Christian; his brother Loren; his parents-in-law, Sparky' and LaVerne Krahn; and his brother-in-law Richard Moldenhauer.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Christian (Wendegatz) of Hartford; his wife Gloria (Krahn); his children, Melissa Decker (Jesse) of Dodgeville and Dustin Christian (Lizzy Schneidler) of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Mason and Megan Decker; his sisters, Nancy Connell (Bill) of Oconomowoc, Norene Gonring (Al) of Lomira, Marjean Lerch (Rick) of Theresa, Marsha Roskopf (Dan) of Mayville and Annette Foshey (Bob) of Hartland; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Moldenhauer of Hartford and Jerry Krahn (Pam) of Nashville, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
