He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Voltz and Mildred Voltz (Pray); his siblings, Ruth, John Voltz (Jack), Charles Voltz and Robert Voltz; and his grandson Steven Hans.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Pagel; his children, Laurie Miller (Steve) of La Valle, William Teresa, Michael Voltz (Tammy) of Mauston and Richard Voltz (Alison) of Huntley; his grandchildren, Tanya John Kennedy (Miller) of Reedsburg, Donald, Whitney Miller of Wonewoc and Ashley Eric Tabbert (Miller) of La Valle; and his great grandchildren, Kayne Kennedy, Madelyn Kennedy, Jordy Tabbert, Sadie Tabbert, Miles Miller, Brandyn Brock, Vanessa Hans and Violet Hans.
Memorials may be given to Bethany Lutheran Church.
