She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rieck and Violet Rieck; her parents-in-law, Leilah and Harold Leak; her brother Charles; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Rieck, Shirley Klawitter, Joanne Leak, Roger Leak and Mike Shields.
She is survived by: her brother Charlie; her daughter Susan; her brother Butch; her son-in-law Tony; her grandchild Sydney; her husband Duane Leak (Pete); her children, Dennis Leak (Corina) of New Lisbon and Sue Seebecker (Tony) of Algona, Iowa.; her grandchildren, Jerome Leak (Cassie) of Mauston, Courtney Cook (Joe) of Necedah and Jacob Seebecker of Algona, Iowa.; her great grandchildren, Kyan and Kolt Leak of Mauston; her stepgrandchildren, Cole Haschke of New Lisbon, Cade Haschke (Adele) of Silverdale and Cody Haschke of West Salem; her brother Alan Rieck (Darlene); her siblings-in-law, Darryl Klawitter (Karen), David Leak (Joan) and Sherry Shields; her close friends, Phyllis, Hank Betthauser and Mary Pellegrin; and also Bob Pellegrin.
Memorials may be given to St Paul Lutheran Church Library Fund or St Jude's Children Hospital in Shirley's name.
