We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 78, Sherry L Czajka of Mauston, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Wells and Shirley Wells (Long); and her husband Phillip. She is survived by: her children, John (Teai) of DeForest, Phil Jr. (Anita) of Mauston, Kim Czys (Steve) of Mauston, Victor (Mary) of West Salem and Julie Olson (Jay) of Dodgeville; and her siblings, Beverly Seager (Tom) of Mauston, John Wells (Shari) of Horseshoe Bend, AR and Marion Coon (Dennis) of Melbourne, AR. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
She later moved into Parkside Senior Living in Deforest, WI, near to her son (John), but COVID restrictions kept her confined.
