She is survived by: her sons, Stacy Smith of Mauston, WI and Doug Smith; her grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Kirkpatrick Smith and Rachel Smith; and her brothers, Maurice Klein (Mayre) and Steve Klein (Sharon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
