He is survived by: his friend Tom Hoile; his wife Sherry of Mauston; and his children, Phil Jr, Victor (Mary) of West Salem, John (Teai) of DeForest, Kim Czys (Steve) of Mauston and Julie Olson (Jay) of Dodgeville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
