He is survived by: his former wife Betty Luke; his children, Daniel Phillips (Bonita), Janet Coggins (Patrick), Mary Phillips and Kathy Phillips; his siblings, Jerry Philips (Nancy) and Suzanne Wallace (Dewayne); and his sister-in-law Thelma Phillips. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
