He is survived by: his mother Ilene; his children, Andrea Glick (Andy Garvens), Aaron Glick (Kristin Herrmann), Travis Glick and Holly Ford (Brandon); his grandchildren, Isaak Glick, Damian Ford and Emma Ford; and his siblings, Kenneth Glick, Daryl Glick (Roxann), Nikki Bankes (Alan), Terry Glick, Larry Glick (Stacey) and Gaile Lindvig (Pat).
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
