She is survived by: her husband John Voltz of Reedsburg, WI; her children, Brian Voltz of Baraboo, WI and Janey Guist of Tomah, WI; her granddaughter Melissa Guist of Tomah, WI; and her siblings, Robert Fish of Baraboo, WI, Barbara Schneider of Columbus, WI, Dona Swanson of Waupun, WI, Vicki (Ken) and Sherri Handley (Scott). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
