He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Horn and Valeria Cauley (Carpenter); his brother Thomas Horn; his stepfather Joseph Cauley; his stepdaughter Cindy Huffar; his aunt Mary A (Carpenter); and his uncles, Victor Carpenter, Thomas Carpenter, Francis Carpenter (Mary) and Bernard Carpenter (Mary).
He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Bond; his spouse Gayle Williamson; his children, Kimberly Parker (David) of Tomsriver, NJ, Tabatha Horn (Thomas Berndt) of Wilton, WI, Timothy Horn (Susan) of Mauston and Valerie Werner (Jason) of Mesa, AZ.; his grandchildren, Nicole Esposito (Gerard), Jessica Henderson (Shane), Megan Parker, Savanah Berndt (Alexandra Rugger), Brenton Berndt (Reena), Jeffrey Berndt (Amber), Johnathon Visgar (Renee), Elle Horn, Colton Horn, Sophia Horn and Mckenna Stone; his great grandchildren, Gerard Esposito, Leo Esposito, Priya Berndt, Jude Berndt, Ella Berndt, Tucker Richardson, Logan Berndt, Olivia Berndt, Jasper Richardson and Johnathon Visgar; his sister Margaret Cannestra (Michael); his sister-in-law Kathleen Horn; his stepdaughter Stacy Williamson; and his stepgrandchildren, Mirissa Claycomb (Christopher), Jacob Buchanan, Tiraissa Reinoso (Antonio) and Angelann Preston (Joshua).
A Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (401 Mansion St, Mauston, WI 53948). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery.
