She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Dlask and Jesse Dlask. She is survived by: her children, Linda Zwieg (Dave Bryzenski), William Boehm, Ronald Boehm (Darlene), Gary Boehm (Sandy), Judy Boehm (Steve Stiloski) and Stephen Boehm (Mary); her siblings, Jesse Mae (Dolly), Eugene (Sonny) and Lloyd; her daughter Marie; and her husband Gerry. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
