She was predeceased by: her husband John Gustafson; her parents, Joseph Skalak and Fawn Skalak; her sister Dale Sentell; and her nephew Joel Ziemek.
She is survived by: her daughter Jamie McKay (Justin); her sisters, Arlene Lindstrom and Susan Bosgraaf (David); her sister-in-law Judy Pelligrini; her stepmother Fran Skalak; her stepsisters, Carol Litko, Barbara Davis, Judy Showers and Cynthia Chizek; her nieces, Melissa Bloedow, Cheryl Ziemek and Nicole Lillejord; her nephew Peter Bosgraaf; and her great grandchild Kira.
