He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Sr. and Marie (Walters). He is survived by: his wife Diana (Dyba); his children, LeRoy III (Sara), Michael (Diane) and Thomas (Stacy); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brady, Brianna Cole (Max), Jasmine Arenas-Hernandez (Alex), Thomas Jr., Aaron, Zachary, Paige, Mason, Myles and Susan; his great grandchildren, Blayden, Mera and Dahlia; and his siblings, Sue Kurylo (Gary) and Robert (Ellen).
