He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo J. Bolchen and Eleanor Bolchen (Smart) of Mauston, WI; and his siblings, Carla, Patsy Gile and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bolchen (Lothary); his brothers, Jerry, Ken and Dan; his children, Julie Woletz (Troy) and Keith Bolchen (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Kevin (Taylor Frodel) and Katherine Woletz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
