He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Red" Purvis and Margaret Purvis; and his brother Dennis Purvis. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Purvis, Donna Purvis-DeLaTorre (Doug) and Tom Purvis (Liz); his sister-in-law Jeanne Stoughtenger (James); his wife Carol (Larsen); his children, Kelly Purvis (Nikki) and Emily Purvis (Jeremy Hansen); and his grandchildren, Lainee and Gracee Hartung. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
