He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Welninski and Darlene Welninski (Weddle). He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his sons, Kenneth (Debbie Allen) and Kevin (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Austin, Presley, Hannah, Blake, Owen, Derek, Karl and Riley; his brother Robert; and his mother-in-law Beverly Westphaln (Tom Basile).
