He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Madsen and Bruce Madsen; his children, Jadyne, Janiah and Jamesen; the parent of his children Stacy Pfaff; his grandson Kyson (Brandi Barker); his siblings, Jenni Salzwedel (Brad), Jeremiah Madsen (Lorie) and Matt Madsen (Val); his stepbrother Shane Mueller (Shyann); and his grandmothers, Jane Madsen and Kathy Radcliff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
