He is survived by: his parents, Frank Russ Sr and Margaret Russ (Lustik); his children, Frank Russ (Lori) of Racine, Susan Mercier (John) of San Antonio, Kristina Buerschen (Greg) of Albuquerque and Donna Ratchman (Jay) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Ashley (Jeff), Miranda, McKinley, Mitchell, Allison, Matthew, Katelyn, Olivia, Samuel, Meghan, Ava, Alex, Elizabeth and Steven; his great grandchild Caden; and his siblings, James Russ (Judy) and Karen Schuppe (Randall).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorials to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
