He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte; his wife Carol; his daughter Cheri; his stepsons, Dan Johnson (Linda) and Steven Johnson (Betsy); and his stepdaughter-in-law Kathy Johnson. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
