He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Modjeski and Stephanie Modjeski; and his brother John Modjeski. He is survived by: his wife Rita Walsh; his sons, Rich Modjeski (Kerri) and Rob Modjeski (Jessica); his siblings, Gerry Modjeski (Patty) and Annette Gudim (Bill); his nephews, Mike Modjeski (Jennifer) and Jeff Modjeski (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Nate, Anna, Clara and Jack; and his great-nephews, Ryan, Jordan, Zachary and Alexander.
