He is survived by: his brother Russell Jax (Diane) of Fitchburg, WI; his nieces, Jennifer Barnes of Mauston, WI and Bethanie Goodenough (Mike) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Jacob Barnes, Caleb, Alyssa and Arianna Goodenough; and also Mackenzie.
