He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hamm and Apolonia "Polly" Hamm (Dornacker); and his wife Carol Folk. He is survived by: his brother David Hamm (Jackie); his children, Laurie Forkel (David), Linda May (Brian), Lisa Nolan (James) of Lemont and James Hamm (Michele) of Wilmington, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Jill, Bradley (Katie), Melissa (Ben), Nicole, Courtney (Paul) and Ryan (Renee); and his great grandchildren, Liam and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Our Lady of the Lake Church in Mauston, Wisconsin.
