She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. Brenny and Helen Brenny (Gruba); her sister Regina; her brother-in-law Harry Zulkosky; her brother Dennis; her sister-in-law Cherry Brenny; and her brother Carl.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Lenorud; her children, Janice Arger (John), Ann Hutton, David Lenorud (Shelley), Denise Householder and Connie Schroeder (Alan); her grandchildren, Leslie Householder (Andy Zobal), Douglas Householder, Stacy Lenorud, Brent Lenorud (Gina), Kristofor Lenorud (Jessica), Rachel Knaeble (Pete), Brian Hutton (Lindsay), Sarah Miller (Jesse), Sydney, Jason and Teddy Schroeder; and her brother Frank Brenny (Angela). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for St. Patrick's Grade School where Dorothy's children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren attended.
