He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kolba and Isabella Kolba. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ehlers; his brother James Kolba (Jerilyn); his sons, Michael Kolba (Laurie) of Mauston, Matthew Kolba (Dawn) of Mauston and Mark Kolba of Milwaukee; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Edward, Josephine, Hope, Paige and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Malachi, Hunter, Mikenna, Mason, Eve, Eli, Xavier and Boden.
Memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Grade School, Mauston in Dennis's memory.
