She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Gumz; her son Dale Truex; her siblings, Lois Bartz and Roger Gumz; and her mother Louise Gumz (Pagel).
She is survived by: her husband Donald; her daughter Saliee LaGrippe (Truex); her grandchildren, Jason LaGrippe (Heather LaGrippe), Renee LaGrippe, Sara Truex-Schmidt (Ryan Schmidt) and Evan Truex; and her great grandchildren, Palmer Jo LaGrippe, Grant LaGrippe, Lyla Truex-Schmidt and Danella Truex-Schmidt.
