He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clark and Mary Clark (Strege); his wife Margaret; his brother Richard Clark; his daughter Ilene; and his grandson Frank Clark Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Ronald Clark (Roxanne), Frank Clark (Vickie), Robert Clark and Terry Clark; his sister-in-law Rose Clark; and his grandchildren, Alonda Clark (Chris Gallagher), Carrie Clark (Greg Newlun), Jeff Clark, Courtneh Clark, Jeremy Clark (Lacy Lobenstein), Matthew Clark, Jamie Navis (Traci), Mike Navis (Nicole Gottschalk) and Lauren Wilke (Brian). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
