He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermon Chester and Artress E. Hawkins (Granger); his siblings, Terry Hawkins, Ardis Niles and Beulah Wendt; and his nephew Don Raymond.
He is survived by: his former wife Eileen Schneider; his son Robert Ermon Hawkins (Andrea); his grandchildren, Mason Ermon, Callie, Paisley and Naomi Hawkins; and his sisters, Jeanette Raymond (Donald) and Pam May. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
