He is survived by: his wife Betty Gulas; his granddaughter Demolition Derbies; his sons, Bernie Vanderhoof (Kalena), Brent Vanderhoof (Stan Carpenter), Shane Braund and Byron Vanderhoof (Jen Day); his grandchildren, Cierra Vanderhoof, Jayden Vanderhoof and Hunter Vanderhoof; his siblings, William Vanderhoof (Betty), Donna Kudlas (John), Mary Bielke (Larry) and Linda Thayer; and his mothers-in-law, Mary Kaiser (Ron), Nancy Petrowitz (Fred), Donna Jones and Bonnie DeMuth (Otto). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
