He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miltenberger and Blanche Miltenberger (Crapser); his son Dan Miltenberger; and his parent-in-law Bennet. He is survived by: his wife Karen Dewey; his daughters, Patricia Menick (Richard Grencer), Waukesha, Janet Weijola (Mike) and Kathy Sienkiewicz (Scott); his daughter-in-law Cindy Miltenberger; and his grandchildren, Jessica Schlaud (Chuck), Emily Kunnen (Kirk), Adam Johnson (Nicole), Christopher Mealy (Stacey), Nathan Menick, Abby Husher (Cory), Kevin Mealy (Alexandra), Alysse McVey (Jared), Reed Johnson (Lauren) and Brianne Shivers (Bob). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
