He was predeceased by: his father Harvey Rickert; his brother Dennis; and his brother-in-law Walter Smith III. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Rickert (Kochanik) of Birnamwood; his wife Michelle Spiegel; his sons, Jesse Rickert (Chemon) of Antigo and Cole Rickert of Antigo; his grandchildren, Ava, Henry and Hollynd; his siblings, Bill Rickert (Cindy), Rick Rickert (Ann), Susan Shepherd (Jeff) and Renee Rickert-Smith; his parents-in-law, Malcolm and Kathy Spiegel; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Spiegel and Matt Spiegel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
