He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Krueger and Arlie Krueger (Slater); his son Jeffrey Krueger; and his brother Pete Larson. He is survived by: his wife Marva Nagel; his sons, Joel Krueger (Marge), Jody Krueger (Rebecca), Jesse Krueger (Carol) and Jon Krueger (Lela); and his sister Dawn Kurth. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
