He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth "Betty" Koller; his children, Helen Alvarado (Eddie), Audrey Koeper, Thomas Koeper II (Cassandra) and Ray Koeper (Tracy Olson); his granddaughters, Kristina Alvarado and Andrea Alvarado; his wife Linda Koeper; his stepdaughter Leta Burmeister (Daniel Brooks); his siblings, Jim Koeper (Janice), Mary Herchert (Chuck) and Susie Koeper; and also, Valerie Brandt, Dylan, Dominic and Victoria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
