He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Pay (Pavlik) and Edwin Van Pay; his siblings, Tom, Arleen Fitzgerald, Jim and Steve Van Pay; his parents-in-law, Arleen (Becker) and Ken Swigert; and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Swigert and Sherry Bosar (Swigert).
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Van Pay (Swigert); his children, Kevin of Green Bay, Rachel, Ryan and Kim of Suamico; his grandchildren, Ashley and Michael Spychalla; his children, Brian (Betsy) of Longmont, Audrey and Henry Terrance; his brother Chuck Van Pay (Linda); his siblings-in-law, Jackie Van Pay, Betty Van Pay, Dianne Van Pay, Richard Swigert (Joan), Franklin Fitzgerald and Larry Bosar; and his godchildren, Mark Van Pay, Mike Swigert, Chris Van Pay, Jeff Van Pay and Sally Agger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
They kindly request anyone not vaccinated wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Even while Alzheimer's took its toll, Terry maintained his sense of humor and remembered his close family and friends.
