He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Stensvad and Ruth Stensvad (Skaug). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Walusiak of Jehovah's Witnesses; his daughters, Amanda Koch (Scott) of Washburn, WI., Megan McDonald (Joey) of Mason, WI. and Vanessa Stensvad of Mason, WI.; his grandchildren, Damien, Mercedes, Elana, Bethany Koch of Washburn, WI. and Adriana McDonald of Mason, WI.; his sisters-in-law, Tracy Vaughan (Randy) of Ashland and Colleen Prueter of Mason; and his sisters, Irene Kutz (Bob), Marcia Demos (Alec), Lura Velin (Eric), Lois Stensvad-Hanson (Dale), Beverly Ellestad (Dan) and Beth Bruno (Chris).
