James Bernard Kontny Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Bernard Kontny of Mason, Wisconsin, born in Ashland, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kontny and Helen Kontny (Melstrand); his son Kyle Kontny; his brothers, Larry and Butch Kontny; and his sister-in-law Judy Kontny.

He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Lobermeier (Mason); his son Russell Kontny (Katia); his grandchildren, Gregory, Ethan Kontny and Evelyn Kontny; and his siblings, Jerry, Ken Kontny (JoAnn), Rich Kontny (Jean) and Andrea Tomlinson (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
