He is survived by: his fiancé Dale Vandenheuvel; his children, Tiffany Alberts (Tyler), Heather Van Beek, Roger Van Beek (Emily) and Jason Van Beek; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Codi, Sabrina, Trae, Parker, Caroline and Beckett; and his siblings, Dale, Patti, Denis and Dawn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
