She is survived by: her former husband Henry J. Leonard; her children, David Leonard (Dorothy) of Marshfield, Dawn Strack (Jim) of Marshfield, Daniel Leonard (Cathy) of Marshfield, Richard Leonard (Cathy) of St. Louis, MO, Diane Zimmermann (Jim) of Marshfield, Dean Leonard of Tomah, Dixie Adamski (Randy) of Marshfield, Darla Leonard of Marshfield and Dennis Leonard (Pam) of Marshfield; her friends, Gina Martin and Michelle Bores; her sisters, Twyla Jacobi and Jackie Fink; and her caregiver Sara. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
