He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Johnson of Marshfield and Diane Johnson of Lacey, WA; his wife Vikki Johnson (Ploen); his son Josh Johnson (Courtney); his grandsons, Maveryk and Huxley of Marshfield; his sister Rhonda Hazen of Barneveld, WI; and his mother-in-law Virgean Ploen of Marshfield. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, special friends.
