He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Metz and Beatrice Metz (Buchholtz); and his siblings, Howard, Jr., Michael, Joseph and Peggy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Partin (Charles) of Rogersville, TN, Mary Beth Kavanagh (Thomas) of Wadsworth, IL, Kathy Schweikl (Gary) of Altoona, Philip Metz (Karen) of Shawano, Greg Metz (Cindy) of Marshfield and Paul Metz (Susette) of Marshfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting memorials in Steve's name for a charity to be determined.
